HOST ON-SITE MEETINGS AT THE SAASTR ANNUAL EXECUTIVE BRIEFING CENTER
EXECUTIVE BRIEFING CENTER (EBC) BOOKINGS
Open to all Platinum & above Sponsors of SaaStr Annual 2023, here’s how to book meeting space at the on-site Executive Briefing Center.
This is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis for our Sponsors.
The Executive Briefing Center is a turnkey modular meeting space at SaaStr Annual 2023. It is semi-private and broken out into 13 group meeting spaces (pods), each with the capacity to host 8 people total (including yourselves.)
All meeting spaces are semi-private, meaning spaced out but they do not have sound barriers so keep that in mind for any sensitive/confidential content.
Pods 1-3 are each set with a monitor at the head of the ‘U’ with an HDMI hookup - you will need to bring a dongle or computer-specific cable to hook up to the HDMI cable.
Pods 4-10 each have round tables and chairs set for their capacity.
The Executive Briefing Center is open each day from
Wednesday, September 6: 10am-5pm
Thursday, September 7: 9am-5pm
Friday, September 8: 9am-3 pm
There will be a host at the door to help check in your guests and direct them to your company’s meeting pod.
To request a meeting space pod, please follow these steps carefully
Use the form below to request a meeting time - we do ask that you use this for on-site meetings already confirmed as space is limited
You may request more than one meeting slot time, but as we’re trying to accommodate many of these requests, it is strictly on a first-come, first serve basis
You can request up to 5 meetings slots, and we’ll do our best to accommodate as many as possible
Bookings will close once all meeting slots and pods are full.
Remember, this is a semi-private meeting space. There will be other people in the room during your meetings.
Coffee & refreshments will be available throughout the day directly in the Executive Briefing Center.
